Please note: RCYBA will would like to be able to schedule each teams practice schedule in advance of the season starting and have teams practice at the same time and location for the duration of the season, but that is not possible. RCYBA works through Community Education to reserve the gym space and we need to schedule around the school and community education activities. If we have a gym scheduled and a school decides they need to gym for an activity RCYBA is removed from the gym schedule.
There will be NO practices on days there is no school. This included scheduled days off and snow days or early release day.
All practices will be canceled if RPS cancels school (full day or early release) because of weather.

Please NOTE: RCYBA will not provide refunds for any canceled practices because of weather. It is not likely, but if possible, practices will be made-up in the week(s) following the weather cancellation.
Only Coaches may contact RCYBA regarding practice schedule changes
Once a practice schedule is posted there are no changes to the schedule. You may switch practices with other teams, BUT one of the team coaches needs to email RCYBAreg@gmail.com and the RCYBA high school coordinator to let us know about this change.
RCYBA cannot guarantee any special requests for practices times, dates or locations. Any request MUST be made, only by the coach, at least 3 weeks in advance and again there no guarantee the request can be accommodated.

1. Once the schedule is posted there are no changes unless you can get another team to switch practice with you.
2. Just because there is a blank spot on the schedule DOES NOT mean the gym space is open.
